Housing Roller Coaster

My buddy Deyl just posted this really interesting diagram of what housing costs have done over the last 100 years. I'm really interested in this kind of stuff and seeing what the market is going to do with all the ARMs resetting later this year. The last bit of the video is super interesting!

It's a neat video, I just wish they would show you the dates along the ride so you know where in history you are! :)

I'd love to hear your thoughts as to what will happen to the roller coaster next! It would seem from the video we're in store for a pretty big crash....but who knows! :)

I had a great time with Josh and Melissa last night and I'll post up some pictures from their engagement session later this afternoon.

It does show dates....it took me until the year 2000 to see then, but they're in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, inside the blue bar behind the "YouTube" stamp. They're really hard to see. But that's a pretty cool little thing! Thanks for sharing, Chris!

there are definitely going to be some opportunities to buy in the next few years :)
